We were fortunate to see the...Oh I love that song! We were fortunate to see the first cast in Wicked. It was also written in the next town concord, ma. When my daughter was graduating from 7th grade the tradition was for the 7th graders to sing a song to the 8th graders that were leaving the school. Not many people had heard the song yet as it was just out. She convinced her class to sing it. It was just amazing. I am always so touched when I hear it. Thanks for creating your quilt with it. We were in NYC for a mini-reunion, women who had been my dearest friends at Baylor. I know I heard this song, of course, but at the time, is lyrics "went in one ear and out the other."
