I was a bit caught off guard by your comment on Gregorian Chant, " An old and not well known form of singing..." I'm a church organist and as far back as I can remember we've used chants (Gregorian and others) for our church services. In reality, I must admit there are lots of contemporary forms of music that I nothing about (and can't understand) so perhaps I'm showing my age :-D Great quilt, and very thought provoking !
