Janet - Our New Word Comfort

The new word is comfort. I wanted a word that meant something different to every living being on earth. Think about that, billions of people all with a different idea of what it means including the birds and the bees. In Texas you can live in Comfort, all 3.2 square miles of it, watch the bats come out at night and drink something with comfort on the label, not a lot to do in Comfort. I'm looking forward to seeing what memories are created for our new word.

  1. Janet, I love this theme word! In thinking of what I might suggest during our next round of Material Mavens, I was leaning toward the word "solace." But this word of yours and solace are synonyms, so this is right up my alley! I am already beginning to percolate ideas!

    1. Just got out of the hospital and I had to set the alarm clock to post the word. I didn't wake back up until 5:30 P.M. So I posted my quilt and went back to sleep!

  8. You've chosen a fabulous word to draw ideas from. Now will the one I think I want to develop hang in long enough??? Or will I change my mind on the last week or so as I usually do? LOVE the feelings this word evokes, so regardless, I have 2 mos. of being 'comforted'. :D
